In order to streamline support requests and serve you more efficiently, we utilize a support ticket system. Every college D2L support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online.


For your reference, we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required. We prefer that you use your SCC e-mail address, if possible, though this is not required.

To automatically create a support ticket, you may write a description of your issue and e-mail it to us at d2lhelp@saccity-online.org. Please provide as much detail as possible so we can best assist you. Specifically, include the D2L course name, 5-digit class number, and a description of the issue.
